Mark Shea is the owner of a home care agency in Mount Vernon, Washington, North Cascade Right at Home. Previously he spent 10 years at Microsoft and was at the time of his departure from Microsoft, a Social Media Evangelist. He has a Master of Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington. After graduating, he has taught at UW with particular focus upon social production.
